Meet Chief! Chief is a 9 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Chief became diabetic about 3 year ago and that's when his mom found us. His mom tells us he became blind shortly after being diagnosed with diabetes due to cataracts. Chief was able to have cataract surgery and now he can see just great. His mom gives him Old Dog Diabetic treats several times a day "for being such a good dog." She tells us Chief loves his (Old Dog) treats!
Thank you to Chief and his mom for reaching out to us and of course your recent BULK DIABETIC order. Since we know Chessie's love the water we hope Chief, all our furry friends and their owners take advantage of this last bit of summer. I think Chief might say, "Life is meant for good friends and great adventures!" Happy Labor Day Weekend everyone!
Please email us at info@olddogcookie.com if you would like your pup to be considered as one our "fans". Each fan does receive an special treat!
One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is getting to know the incredible dogs (and their devoted humans) who choose our treats. Meet Khloe, this very fashionable girl was diagnosed with diabetes twice!
March 23rd marks National Puppy Day. Old Dog is celebrating the occasion with this pawsome duo and their story. Adopted in 2019, Cameo is one lucky dog. While Cameo is not diabetic her pet parent shares how this lucky dog benefits from our diabetic treats.
