Introducing Our New Look, Same Healthy Dog Treats

We’re excited to share some big news. The Old Dog Cookie Company has a new logo and refreshed packaging!  After almost 30 years of baking healthy treats for dogs, we thought it was time to give our look a little update. The new simplified logo pays tribute to our past while reflecting our growth as a company. Think of it like putting on a new gold collar on the Old Dog, who is ready for the next 30 years of adventures.

Over the next few months, we will phase out the old packaging with the new, refreshed packaging across all our distribution channels – OldDogCookie.com and Amazon. But don’t worry, inside the bag, nothing has changed. You’ll still find the same recipe made with natural ingredients and healing herbs that have helped dogs live healthier, happier lives for three decades.

30 Years of Tail Wags and Healthy Dog Treats

The new logo kicks off a milestone for us. Next year, the Old Dog Cookie Company celebrates 30 years in business. Back in 1996, we became the first company to create dog treats made with healing herbs and the first to offer a diabetic dog treat.

It all started with Jetty, our family’s beloved companion, who struggled with arthritis and mobility issues and later canine diabetes. Wanting to ease her discomfort, we baked the first batch of treats that became Old Dog Cookies, wholesome, natural dog treats designed to do more than just taste good.

Since then, we’ve heard from so many dog owners whose pets have found comfort in our all natural, healthy dog treats. Whether managing stiff joints, mobility issues, or blood sugar, our treats have been part of countless family stories. And while our look is new, our mission of helping dogs feel their best remains unchanged.

Honoring the Past, Embracing the Future

Updating our packaging was about more than just design. It’s about reflecting who we are as a family business. Three generations strong, we remain rooted in love and care, and are ready for the next 30 years. Our new look tells that story while keeping the same mission at its core.

So, when you see our new logo and updated labels, know that it’s still us — the same small-batch bakers who put love and healing herbs into every dog treat. The outside may look new, but the treats inside are exactly what your dogs have loved for decades.

A Note of Thanks

If Jetty could see us today, we think she’d be wagging her tail. What started as one dog’s need has grown into a company devoted to dogs everywhere. We couldn’t have done it without you, our loyal customers who have shared your stories, photos, and love over the years.

As we approach our 30th year with a new look, we invite you to join us. Snap a photo of your pup enjoying their favorite Old Dog Cookie Diabetic Dog Treat or Arthritis Relief Dog Treat in the new packaging and share it with us on Facebook, Instagram, or Amazon. You can also email us at info@olddogcookie.com. Your stories are what keep us baking.

Here’s to 30 years of healthy, happy dogs and many more to come. Same cookies, same love, brand-new look.
