My name is Drakes Island Jetty and I'm the "Old Dog" in our cookie company. My family began researching pet nutrition when I developed signs of arthritis. After much testing, they developed an arthritis relief cookie that works. I play harder and don't feel as stiff. 

Mom says herbs and other wholesome ingredients in our dog biscuits are the secret to my improved health. Even my veterinarian noticed and encouraged my family to bake more healthy cookies so that other "old dogs" could feel better too.

Three years ago after contracting lymes's disease, I developed diabetes.  Lucky for me, Mom already was making 
diabetic treats.  They are now my favorites - and contain many of the ingredients that also help with my arthritis. I'm nearly 16 years young, the "wonderdog" of our neighborhood and still walking to the beach everyday.  I even surprise myself swimming in these cold Maine waters!  It must be because of all the love they give me and my OLD DOG COOKIES.

That's how the OLD DOG COOKIE COMPANY started in 1996, the rest is history.  Now my family spends each day thinking about "old dogs" and working to develop products to make our lives better.  Along with Arthritis Relief Cookies, they also sell Diabetic Cookies.

So, that's my story. I'm sure you would like these cookies as much as I do. As for me, I spend my days playing ball and taste testing new recipes.
